OddBodd.com is committed to permission-based email marketing practices, and has established this no-tolerance Anti-Spam Policy. OddBodd.com  may update this policy and provide notice of any changes on its home page. Your use of this website constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of our Anti-Spam Policy.

 

Spam is commercial email or unsolicited bulk email, including junk mail, which has not been requested by the recipient. Spam is the opposite of permission-based email.

 

Spam is not an accepted promotion technique and OddBodd.com does not condone or engage in Spam and does not tolerate Spam of any sort. As OddBodd.com affiliates, members, agents, investors, Joint Venture Partners, Customers and active students, you are strictly forbidden to advertise or promote OddBodd.com programs, products, or services, via any form of Spam. OddBodd.com, affiliates, members, agents, investors, Joint Venture Partners, Customers and active students, agree to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy. OddBodd.com reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion what constitutes Spam.

 

OddBodd.com affiliates, members, agents, investors, Joint Venture Partners, Customers and active students found to be using OddBodd.com programs, products or services to engage in Spam may, at OddBodd.com discretion, be immediately cut off from use of all OddBodd.com programs, products and services. OddBodd.com will take any steps it deems necessary to prevent it from being involved in Spam and will legally pursue any person(s) or organization(s) that involve it in Spam allegations. If damages of any kind are levied against OddBodd.com, it will pursue full legal recourse against the offending person(s) and/or organization(s) under any and all applicable laws.

 

If you believe that you have received Spam connected to OddBodd.com in any way, send a complaint including the unsolicited email, to abuse@oddbodd.com . You may also provide any other information that you believe may help an OddBodd.com investigation. OddBodd.com does not investigate or take any action based on anonymous Spam complaints.

 

Individuals who sign up on any OddBodd.com website for programs, products or for any other reason, and provide their email address, give OddBodd.com permission to send information on OddBodd.com programs, products and services to said email address. In order to protect your privacy, OddBodd.com does not sell, share or trade our subscriber list with anyone for any reason and you may unsubscribe at any time.

 

We consider the following to be a violation of this policy:

1. Sending electronic communications to any contact without their express consent or a provable established business relationship through our service.

2. Disguising or otherwise obfuscating the nature of any URL or link from our system, or the purpose of any email sent through our service. 

3. Using any OddBodd.com URL in any UCE from any source. 

4. Sending UCE through OddBodd.com, or any third party, that directs the recipient to any website that links to OddBodd.com, utilizes any of our services, or contains any URL relating back to the domains used by OddBodd.com

5. Spamming, or otherwise flooding newsgroups and forums with posts including any of our links or URLs, or posting links to any site that utilizes or references OddBodd.com

Any user found to be involved in a SPAM/UCE campaign, involving the services provided by OddBodd.com in any capacity, including flooding newsgroups, distributing messages to recipients that have not specifically requested the information, or any other abuse of our system contravening CAN SPAM UCE legislation will be met as follows:

1. The account will be closed immediately, without burden of notice or compensation.
2. A US $500.00 administration fee will be incurred against the offending client.
3. Our Privacy Policy becomes forfeit, and all pertinent information will be provided to any investigating authorities or anti-Spam organizations.
4. All information contained within your account will be forfeit, with no consideration of retrieval.
